Rita Rizzo and Louis Vincent are the primary partners in the firm of Rizzo & Associates, and sponsor a training and consulting collaborative comprised of a number of other highly qualified trainers. All trainers/consultants in the collaborative are willing to work alone, and do so with impressive results, but each is also aware of the benefits of using a team approach to training. The team approach enriches training results by providing learners with an opportunity to witness effective team behaviors between co-trainers, and then model those behaviors while applying new learning to their work and home environments. Our clients seem to enjoy our presentations the most when our trainers work together in cross-gender, cross-cultural teams. As a married couple, Ms. Rizzo & Mr. Vincent bring a special brand of humor and harmony to learning when they perform as a team. Rita Rizzo MSc Rita Rizzo is the Principal of Rizzo & Associates, an Ohio based consulting and training firm. She holds a Masters Degree in Training and Human Resource Management from University of Leicester in Leicester, England and received her undergraduate education in the field of psychology from Capital University in Columbus, Ohio. In addition, she is a nurse experienced in the specialty areas of psychiatry, obstetrics and pediatrics. Rita has over 20 years experience as a trainer. She has provided training and consulting services for over 8000 audiences from corporations, associations, and government. She does extensive work for human service agencies internationally and specializes in working with governmental and health care facilities. Each and every presentation Rita delivers is done with warmth, wit, and sincerity, and she never fails to engage her audience in fun and fulfilling ways. Rita’s interest and expertise lies in the areas of Organizational Development, Human Resource Development, Stress Management, Diversity Issues and Systems Approaches. Lou Vincent Lou Vincent is the Products and Production Manager with the firm of Rizzo & Associates. He has also served the firm as a trainer and consultant for over a decade. Prior to coming to Rizzo & Associates, he was employed as a Supervisory Administrator at Boys Village, a residential treatment center for adolescent boys in Smithville, Ohio. He holds a certification in Organizational Behavior from Heriot Watt University in Scotland and is currently a Master's Candidate in their MBA program. Lou’s “pleasing personality” and down-to-earth wisdom make for an insight-provoking, pleasant, and interesting training experience. He has conducted over 2500 seminars with audiences from governmental institutions, health care facilities, and associations. He specializes in the topics of diversity, human resource development, systems approaches and workplace violence. Rizzo & Associates
