Rita M. Rizzo, MSc Rita is the Principal of Rizzo & Associates, an Ohio based consulting and training firm. She holds a Masters Degree in Training and Human Resource Management from University of Leicester in Leicester, England and received her undergraduate education in the field of psychology from Capital University in Columbus, Ohio. In addition, she is a nurse. Ms. Rizzo has over 20 years experience as a trainer. She has provided training and consulting services for over 8000 audiences from corporations, associations, and government. Ms. Rizzo's interest and expertise lies in the areas of Organizational Development, Human Resource Development, Diversity Issues and Systems Approaches. Louis W. Vincent Lou is the Products and Production Manager with the firm of Rizzo & Associates. He has served as a trainer and consultant for the past nine years. Prior to coming to Rizzo & Associates, he was employed as a Supervisory Administrator at Boys Village, a residential treatment center for adolescent boys. He holds a certification in Organizational Behavior from Heriot Watt University in Scotland and is currently attending their MBA program. Mr. Vincent has conducted over 2500 seminars with audiences from governmental institutions, health care facilities, and associations. He specializes in the topics of diversity, human resource development, systems approaches and workplace violence. Bruce Cobbeldick Bruce, a former Big 5 Consultancy process facilitator, earned his Bachelors Degree in Management and is an MAOM Candidate. His studies have focused on Change Management, Business Leadership and Organizational Communication. Having worked in private industry and the government sector, Bruce brings 17 years of management, training, and consulting experience to the table. He served as manager for the Business Innovation Group of a 650-million-dollar Information Technology and Government Consulting corporation in Fairfax, VA. Using a variety of processes including his Portfolio Approach and Emotive Learning, Bruce has built a reputation for tailoring his consulting to the intent of client, making Organizational Development more readily valuable by debunking complexity and jargon, and opting for learning vehicles that people can use. Bruce has facilitated and managed projects for commercial clients like Saks Fifth Avenue, and served as a sub-contractor and Life Strategist and trainer for municipal and county officials and agencies. His e-commerce and e-Learning operation follows pioneering a web-based consultancy in 1997. Rosalind Maddox RRT, MS Roz earned her master's degree in education from the University of Dayton in Dayton, Ohio. She is also a registered respiratory therapist and has worked in that capacity for hospitals in Georgia and Ohio. Ms. Maddox is an experienced healthcare education and training specialist skilled in curriculum development, orientation training, serving as a national conference presenter, and instructing quality service processes in healthcare environments. Roz is equally comfortable conducting training of trainer sessions as she is with her large national audiences. She enjoys training in the areas of stress, time and change management, job coaching, team building, customer service, project management, quality assurance, workplace violence, and child abuse. Richard Bennett, MPA Richard is an Assistant Professor of Public Service Technology at the University of Akron in Akron, Ohio. He earned a Master of Public Administration with an emphasis on public management from the University of Akron in 1991. Mr. Bennett conducts public human services trainings in the areas of leadership, customer service, curriculum development, cultural change and poverty culture. Mr. Bennett is also skilled in conducting quality service reviews and engineering continuous quality service improvements in a social service setting. Connie Ihle, B.Ed. Connie Ihle holds a Bachelors Degree in Educational Studies from Kent State University in Kent, Ohio. She serves as a subject matter expert in the Human Services arena due to her extensive experience as a Program Administrator for several Federal and State administered programs including; WIA, TANF, Medicaid, Food Stamps, Ohio Works First, childcare, and Welfare–to-Work programs. Ms. Ihle has experience in the design, and implementation of an Internet based case management and provider network software system. Connie has experience in designing monitoring and tracking systems, conducting efficiency studies, client satisfaction surveys, and writing Community Plans for Human Services Agencies. Darshana V. Nadkarni, Ph.D. Darshana holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Social Psychology from the University of Cincinnati with an emphasis in age related transitions among men and women. She has done extensive work in cross-cultural psychology and has over fifteen years of experience as a trainer, facilitator, educator, and counselor. Currently Darshana facilitates trainings in diverse areas including organizational change, motivation, stress management and creativity. She has recently conducted a number of trainings for Fortune 500 companies in the Silicon Valley. Raymond Lloyd Raymond Lloyd, a trainer of over 20 years, has a background in public human services for 26 years. He is experienced in facilitating Culture and Diversity and other competency based trainings. Raymond has developed training for your staff or constituents on personal achievement and building self-esteem. His presentations are considered motivational and exciting with use of multimedia and computerized technology. He is a proud father of eight children and also pastors a church. Lisa Singh Lisa
has studied intercultural communication from leaders in the field such as
Edward T. Hall, Milton Bennett, and Charles Hampden Turner. She has
lived and worked within many cultures. In addition, Lisa has lead
diversity initiatives, intercultural communication training, conflict
resolution and consultation for corporations, non-profit organizations,
institutions, and government municipalities. Her other interests include
cross cultural conflict mediation, transformative mediation, community
conferencing, restorative justice initiatives, and group facilitation.
Lisa has trained expatriates in overseas adjustment and repatriation and
worked as a liaison with international executive families. In addition
Lisa developed and managed projects in conflict abatement and mediation
with local municipal courts. Lisa is currently finishing her MA in
Intercultural Communication from Antioch University. |
