find any such content then we will
terminate your service with us
immediately. Furthermore, if we
discover that you are uploading
illegal or underage pornography then
you will be reported to the proper

follows all guidelines in accordance
with the Children's Online Privacy
Protection Act of 1998 ("COPPA"). |

pertaining to a web site remain the
exclusive property of Personal-Webste.com
with the exception of personal photos,
graphics, content or files uploaded by
each individual client. |

additional including flash, shockwave,
and databases are at additional costs.

services are renewable each year with
us for the same package fee you have
for your website. Referral
commission subject to change at
anytime. Prices
subject to change without notice for subsequent
years. All cash, checks, or money
orders in U.S. dollars only. Basic Packages and Flash
Package do not
include access to our easy-to-use
on-line web page editor. |
